Retinol 1.0 should be used as an intensive night serum every night. If your skin is sensitive or shows signs of flaking and redness while using this product, stop using the product for a few days and apply moisturiser on top of the serum. It is necessary to use a daily SPF 50+.

This retinol is amazing and a must have. It is reasonably priced and the bottle seems endless. I was recommended this product by an asthetics clinic and I can't stop singing its praises enough! Do start off only a couple times a week at night, any sensitive area's avoid, no exfoliating before applying or any heavy salicylic acid. I didn't have any flaking or peeling but I was advised to use a heavy moisturiser at night. Let the retinol absorb for 20mins at least before applying moisturiser.
